WHO WE ARE

 

Flight Training Executives is a select group of highly skilled military flight instructors.  Each member in our cadre holds, or has held, a senior Qualified Flight Instructor (QFI) qualification.  Our varied backgrounds include operational tours with RCAF flying units in line pilot and leadership roles.

 

Our ethos embodies values of excellence, professionalism, and service.

           

We are highly proficient and knowledgeable in instructional technique.  We understand the methods and standards characteristic of military flight instruction and are familiar with military aircraft, publications, doctrine, and culture.  We set the bar high.  We rise to meet challenges with professionalism and tenacity.  We can be trusted to act with integrity.​  

         

As it relates to the pilot trade, we understand the manning issues facing the military and we exist to provide solutions.
