FLITREX is a small and agile company that specializes in recruiting and retaining highly skilled flight instructors for military flight training applications. Because we are part of the military flight instructor family, we understand implicitly what it takes to create a pilot, one of the most sought after human resources the military produces. As such, we know that highly trained aviation experts - Flight Training Executives - are in short supply and as such, should be treated as the rare commodity that they are. We've witnessed the "brain drain" of our skilled family members to private industry and other lucrative opportunities abroad. FLITREX possesses the know-how to create even more attractive options here at home. We are a small and agile company absent of a large executive board or shareholders to support. This streamlined structure allows maximum incentives to be offered directly and equally to our Flight Training Executives. This arrangement is very attractive, not only in terms of recruiting the most qualified executives but also, allows for the best possible value to the Canadian tax payer. In other words, with Flight Training Executives, there are no mediators to compensate and contracting is conducted directly with the human resource that's in high demand.
2 - Experienced Instructors.
Our Executives are highly experienced military flight instructors and in some cases, remain current and qualified as they close in on retirement and/or their terms of service. As such, our initial cadre has a minimal training bill for military re-qualification allowing for a nearly turnkey human resource solution.
3 - Standardized Instructional Delivery.
All Flight Training Executives follow a standardized lesson plan structure to ensure the highest quality of instruction and continuity. All Executives will follow the same lesson plans, know exactly what materials to cover and when to cover them. This will result in clear, concise delivery to all student pilots. Through standardized lesson plan delivery, there will be no disparities when it comes to the quality of instruction delivered from our Flight Training Executives.
4 - Continuity.
The upcoming transition from NATO Flying Training in Canada (NFTC) to Future Aircrew Training (FAcT) will pose significant HR challenges for the RCAF with respect to continuity of training operations, particularly in the event of a contractual handover. History has shown that transition to a new fleet creates manpower shortages and challenges as the system tools up to adapt to an incoming fleet. FLITREX is able to offer diversification of human resources outside of the RCAF allocation while remaining separate from the influence of the incumbent NFTC contractor. The result will be a greater measure of HR stability that will yield greater continuity and flexibility in training operations.
